Provide interim financial, technical, data and managerial services to companies to assist with operational challenges and maximizing financial performance:

• Financial Human Resources: Provide financial-expert human capital for interim, temporary or project-based services to support the CFO organization during a time of growth, change or stress. Roles supported include: Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Treasury & Cash Management, Corporate Finance, Strategic Finance, Commercial Finance, Operations Finance and General & Administrative (G&A) Finance.
• Data Analytics Optimization:   Source data from multiple sources and properly consolidate into effective analyses capable of helping management identify trends and challenges.
• Data Visualization Development:  Create and automate collaborative data visualizations (including KPIs & Dashboards that are interactive for each user) allowing for quicker identification and operational action of risks and opportunities. 
• Financial Automation & Enhanced Modeling Techniques:  Maximize employee productivity by automating recurring tasks and implementing best modeling practices.
• FP&A support & enhancement:  Ensure data is being analyzed as close to real-time as possible through a structure that limits resources required to perform on a recurring basis and develop effective PowerPoint presentations to succinctly communicate results to Senior Leadership and Board of Directors.   
• Capital return analysis:  Establish processes and create proper models that allow for value creation and optimization of scarce resources.

Note: Third party software and programming may be utilized for specific services including: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SQL, Alteryx, Tableau and Power BI.

Assist portfolio companies with fulfilling financial and data service needs required by sponsors and other parties in interest:

• KPIs, Data Analytics & Visualization.  Creation and automation of pertinent information requested by equity sponsors for purposes of monitoring operational performance on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
• Performance Review, Benchmarking & Gap Analyses:  Analysis of portfolio company financial performance relative to budgets, long-term plans and competition.
• Board of Directors:  Any one of our principals are available to serve as a director on the board.   We fully appreciate the needs and challenges sponsors have as well as the expected communication of portfolio company performance, given our experiences investing billions of dollars into public and private companies as well as sitting on boards as a sponsor.

Provide experienced management and leadership to companies that are undergoing growth, uncertainty or distress: 

• Board of Directors:  Any one of our principals are available to serve as a director on the board bringing financial, restructuring, investing and managerial expertise. 
• Interim Senior Management:  Any one of our principals may serve in an interim senior leadership position (CFO, CEO, etc.) in distressed and performing companies due to an officer vacancy or specialized need.
• Chief Restructuring Officer:  Any one of our principals may serve as CRO to facilitate the turnaround or restructuring of a company.

Advise management, lenders, creditors and/or other stakeholders on turnaround, restructuring and bankruptcy matters for businesses undergoing some degree of challenge:

• Restructuring Management:  Advise companies, lenders, creditors and other stakeholders on the turnaround, restructuring and bankruptcy processes while allowing management to focus on business operations.
• Liquidity Analysis & Management:  Develop liquidity and operating plans to ensure cash flow and improve financial performance.
• Strategic Business Alternatives: Analyze the business and identify risks and opportunities to create restructuring options that maximize value.
• Restructuring Plan Implementation:  Assist management with the implementation of strategic restructuring options that align operations and capital structure.
• Capital Transactions:  Advise on and execute capital transactions (debt and equity) and asset/business dispositions to fund a restructuring plan or recapitalization of a company.

Value businesses, assets and strategic options for transactions, capital raises, restructuring plans and litigation matters:

• Business Valuation:  Value businesses and assets for an acquisition/divestiture, capital raise or restructuring plan.
• Strategic Alternatives:  Value strategic options available to a company due to a restructuring or M&A transaction, capital investment, capital structure realignment or operational improvement.
• Event-Driven Valuation:  Value the financial impact to a company or business as a result of a business interruption or other adverse event.

Undertake forensic investigations, prepare expert analyses and reports, and provide expert testimony in business litigation matters:

• Expert Support:  Prepare expert reports and provide expert testimony in business litigation matters.
• Valuation Analyses:  Prepare damages calculations, business valuations, going concern/solvency analyses, preferential transaction analyses, equitable subordination analyses, and other litigation support .
• Forensics:  Perform forensic and other corporate investigations.
• Litigation Support: Assist counsel with the development of litigation strategies and case management.
