• KPIs, Data Analytics & Visualization.  Create and automate pertinent information requested by equity sponsors for purposes of monitoring operational performance on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
• Performance Review, Benchmarking & Gap Analyses:  Analysis of portfolio company financial performance relative to budgets, long-term plans and competition.
• Board of Directors:  Any one of our principals are available to serve as a director on the board.   We fully appreciate the needs and challenges sponsors have as well as the expected communication of portfolio company performance, given our experiences investing billions of dollars into public and private companies as well as sitting on boards as a sponsor.
